摘要：蜂蜜具有很高的營(yíng)養(yǎng)價(jià)值，是人們公認(rèn)的一種健康的天然食品。但是南方夏季主要蜜源，如山烏桕、樹參，按常規(guī)飼養(yǎng)方式生產(chǎn)的蜂蜜濃度低于39.0°Bé。本研究在山烏桕和樹參花期，利用分巢復(fù)釀的技術(shù)生產(chǎn)成熟蜜，結(jié)果顯示：利用上延式巢脾及配套蜂箱貯蜜的蜂群生產(chǎn)的蜂蜜濃度達(dá)39.5°Bé及以上，較對(duì)照組蜂群提高1.0°Bé及以上。此研究不僅為生產(chǎn)高濃度中蜂蜜提供理論支持，也為進(jìn)一步提高蜂蜜質(zhì)量奠定基礎(chǔ)，對(duì)促進(jìn)養(yǎng)蜂事業(yè)的發(fā)展有著積極的作用。

Study on the technique of producing mature honey by separate nests and re-brewing of Apis cerana cerana

Abstract: Honey has high nutritional value and is recognized as a healthy natural food. But in the south of nectar source, such as Sapium discolor and Dendropanax dentiger, honey concentration produced by conventional breeding methods to less than 39.0°Bé in summer. The study on Sapium discolor and Dendropanax dentiger’s nectar flowing, using the technique of producing mature honey by separate nests and re-brewing of Apis cerana cerana. The results show that the delay type comb and supporting the hive storing honeybees produce honey concentration of 39.5°Bé and above, 1.0°Bé and above greater than that of the routine management of colony. This study not only provides theoretical support for the production of high-concentration honey, but also lays the foundation for further improving the quality of honey, and plays a positive role in promoting the development of bee keeping business.
