中關(guān)村是我國創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的一面旗幟，在推進(jìn)科技自立自強(qiáng)中肩負(fù)重要使命。把中關(guān)村論壇打造成為面向全球高科技創(chuàng)新交流合作的國家級(jí)平臺(tái)，是黨中央作出的一項(xiàng)重要決策。中關(guān)村論壇以“創(chuàng)新與發(fā)展”為永久主題，旨在促進(jìn)各國共享創(chuàng)新思想和發(fā)展理念，共議前沿科技與未來產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展，共商全球創(chuàng)新規(guī)則和科技治理，共同推動(dòng)科學(xué)技術(shù)造福各國人民。自2007年起，歷經(jīng)十余年發(fā)展，中關(guān)村論壇已成為全球性、綜合性、開放性的科技創(chuàng)新高端國際論壇。中關(guān)村論壇聚焦國際科技創(chuàng)新前沿和熱點(diǎn)問題，每年設(shè)置不同議題，邀請(qǐng)全球頂尖科學(xué)家、領(lǐng)軍企業(yè)家、新銳創(chuàng)業(yè)者等共同參與，縱論創(chuàng)新，交流分享，引發(fā)各界廣泛關(guān)注，不斷傳播新思想、提煉新模式、引領(lǐng)新發(fā)展。

2025中關(guān)村論壇年會(huì)以“新質(zhì)生產(chǎn)力與全球科技合作”為年度主題，設(shè)置了論壇會(huì)議、技術(shù)交易、成果發(fā)布、前沿大賽、配套活動(dòng)等5大板塊、128場(chǎng)活動(dòng)，涉及100多個(gè)國家和地區(qū)，上千名演講嘉賓齊聚一堂，共議科技創(chuàng)新培育新質(zhì)生產(chǎn)力，為全球創(chuàng)新發(fā)展提供新思路、新啟示。
